We offer competitive wages, health insurance, double pay for holidays and year end bonus'.  

All vessels work a 14 on, 7 off schedule and all vessels are live aboard.

All personnel must have the proper credentials. ie; T.W.I.C card, Drivers license or State issued Identification card, Social Security card.

All personnel must pass the required pre employment back ground check, physical and drug screen as per company policy and U.S.C.G. CFR's, and also adhere to a strict third party random drug testing schedule.

Wheelhouse Personnel;

Must have U.S.C.G. MOTV license or minimum license of 100 tons w/ towing and Western Rivers endorsements or better as well as radar endorsement, FCC License etc., all in good standing.

Extreme knowledge of the Lower Mississippi River and all its regulations, from Baton Rouge to Venice, La.

Extreme knowledge of New Orleans harbor and it's locks, docks and fleets, including the Harvey and Algiers canals and the docks along them.

Well posted on the I.C.W.W from Texas to Florida and all rivers, canals, bays and bayous in between.

Deck Crew Personnel:

Must be at least 18 yrs of age, must have transportation, must be a U.S. citizen, must have completed High School or equivalent and must have a T.W.I.C.

Experience a plus, but not necessary. We will train the right individuals. However, one must possess such characteristics as being a self motivator, respect for authority, eagerness to learn many things in a short time frame, able to spend long days/weeks away from home and the willingness to do a job well done-the first time.
